Customer Services s.r.o. was founded in 2019 and is a purely Czech company. The main activities include inspection, sorting, component repair and residency, mainly in the automotive industry.
Our aim is to provide the highest quality services to our customers, to contribute to the protection of the environment and to ensure safe working conditions for all employees so that we become a sought-after business partner and employer.

Component inspection and sorting
We carry out 100% input, intermediate and output inspections, where we take full responsibility for the operations performed by us, thus eliminating any costs associated with claims for our clients.
Prior to the start of the actual inspection, a precise work instruction must be defined and approved, which specifies the points for which our company assumes responsibility.

Based on client requirements, we carry out minor repairs and modifications of individual parts.

The services of a resident engineer consist of representing the client on the client’s land. The resident engineer is thus able to respond immediately to a problem, resolve it on the spot, and thus minimize or even eliminate the risk.
